In recent years, Joe has shifted the primary focus of his practice toward high-stakes civil jury trials. Joe earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Manhattanville College and received his Juris Doctor from Touro Law School. His professional background is further distinguished by a legal externship at Moscow State University, Russia, where he studied the civil law system and the Russian legal system in transition. Joe is admitted to practice law in New York State and the United States District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mary P. Vozza brings extensive experience to the firm’s probate, estate, and guardianship practices. Licensed in both New York and Connecticut, Mary focuses her practice on matters requiring sophisticated fiduciary oversight and the careful management of sensitive family and financial issues.
Her expertise spans the full spectrum of estate administration, from routine probate proceedings to complex, contested litigation. Beyond her private practice, Mary is frequently appointed by the courts to serve as a fiduciary in conservatorship and guardianship matters—roles that demand the highest levels of discretion, sound judgment, and procedural precision.
A graduate of Fordham University (Undergraduate and Graduate) and Pace University School of Law (J.D.), Mary is fluent in Spanish, allowing her to provide direct, bilingual counsel to our diverse client base.
